24 Hour Helpdesk 24/7 Helpdesk
The Helpdesk is available 9 to 5 for Warranty customers and 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for QCare customers, via phone, fax, Web Chat or e-mail, and provides the reassurance that a skilled engineer will be on hand around the clock.
Remote Assistance Remote Assistance
Remote assistance is part of QCare support. Before using remote assistance, please contact the 24 hour help desk for instruction. To contact the 24 hour helpdesk, please select 'Help Desk' from the left-hand menu.
