Originally created by eQ-owning London post house Pixelfantastic for its own use, this brand new range of really useful effects plugins is now available to all Quantel eQ, iQ, Pablo and sQ Edit Plus owners.

Each plugin can be purchased individually with a lifetime licence for a one-off payment. You can buy and download direct from the Pixelfantastic website, and also download trial versions if you want to check out the plugin before purchasing. 

Having been written natively for Quantel hardware and using on-screen controls, Pixelfantastic is confident that Quantel users will find these superfast plugins to be great timesavers while also being versatile and easy to use, and naturally they deliver the highest image quality too.

Timecode

Burn Source and Destination timecode into your picture, with speed, flexibility and style.

Strobe

Create the classic retro strobe effect at the click of a button. Add a twist with a unique slow-motion option.

Counter

A text generator on steroids. This plugin allows you to animate your numbers using the Quantel graph.

Timer

The ultimate timer plugin. Makes numeric countdowns and timers instantly with just a few clicks.

Dead Pixel

Revive those dead pixels by tapping them with the pen. Includes zoom window.

Deinterlace

Takes care of interlacing problems with an RGBA multi-threaded tool.

Field Invert

Corrects field order problems quickly and easily in highest 16-bit quality.

Sharpen

Fast and precise, offering seven levels of sharpening to enable users to get exactly the required strength.

Camcorder

Creates a camcorder viewfinder simulation including flashing lights, clock and battery, with one click.

Round Corners

Instant round corners with custom on-screen controls which let users move the crop position with the pen.
