Quantel has many years of experience providing all-round systems training solutions to a large number of broadcast customers and post houses around the world. We can provide off the shelf standard training courses to cover the typical requirements of most systems installations as well as providing a training consultation/needs analysis service to organisations in the process of purchasing a system. Based on this the customer can choose a standard program package or a customized training solution where we can offer a Train the Trainer approach or train staff directly.

Compass 360 for Newsbox HD and Enterprise sQ

We will custom-design training programs for owners/users of Quantel’s Newsbox HD and Enterprise sQ broadcast production systems. These programs can combine both engineering and creative training and cover many topics including ingest, editing, play out, media management and server management. The training is carried out at customers' sites and/or at Quantel’s dedicated training centers, by Accredited Quantel trainers.

Train the Trainer Program

This option is aimed at large organisations that have an existing training infrastructure who want to train their own staff to use Quantel equipment. The Train the Trainer program is intended for people with a training background and normally takes up to 4 weeks to train on the core product subject modules. The Train the Trainer program will accredit the Trainer when they have reached the expected level. We can also accredit your Trainers at a specific level to train on specific areas or modules of product use.

The syllabus and the training provided as part of the Train the Trainer Program, will be designed in conjunction with your organization's training team and our Training Specialists. This will allow the program to focus on the type of work your organisation will be doing, in-house workflows, conventions and operational divisions.
